 The J Baker Electric Crew J Baker Electric, Inc is a Tennessee licensed electrical contractor. Our license is a class CE with a $1,000,000.00 monetary limit. The company is family owned. Jay Baker is the founder, estimator, and training coordinator. Judy Baker, wife of Jay, is the office manager and corporate secretary/treasurer. Son Jeff works part time in sales, safety, and low voltage installations.
We offer both residential and commercial electrical services throughout Eastern Tennessee.
Our experience in the electrical trade includes residential sites from small homes for Habitat for Humanity to 22,000 square foot homes, and commercial spaces from small medical offices to 100,000 square foot warehouse/manufacturing facilities. We were the first electrical contractor to perform work at Tellico Village for Cooper Homes, and we are frequently called upon to do work for the residential division of Hickory Construction of Alcoa and McDougall Bros. Construction, Inc.
